Felix is CEO of DeCiLo and a co-founder of Cosyland and CosyAI.

He has a background in co-operative entrepreneurship, as well as anti-corruption work and frontend development.

Shi Yi Tan

Shi Yi is the operations and customer support manager at DeCiLo and a co-founder of Cosyland.

She has a background in law and intercultural studies.

Rashid Owoyele

Rashid is a partner of DeCiLo and a co-founder of Transekt Agency.

They have a background in transdisciplinary design and social innovation.
